In our fast-paced society filled with numerous distractions and stressors, it's easy to become disconnected from ourselves. Shaina invites you to return to a state of authenticity within the safe confines of Inward Space—a wellness community designed to help you soften and thrive.


There are many healing practices that we can do to come back to ourselves, and one that we always have access to but often take for granted is our breath. Breathwork, or pranayama, is a transformational practice that utilizes conscious, intentional breathing to align the mind, body, and spirit. This ancient technique, rooted in Vedic traditions, offers many incredible benefits. It helps to ground and balance, heal and energize while improving lung capacity, boosting confidence, enhancing focus, and promoting mental health by activating the parasympathetic nervous system. Shaina wants to create a space where you are reminded of the power of your breath and continue to use it after you leave the space.


During this session, you will explore various breathing techniques. The practice will also include a period for self-reflection post-meditation followed by an opportunity for sharing and connection, reinforcing Shaina’s belief in the healing power of community. Join us for a moment to breathe, feel, and release, together as a community.
