Breathing Through Fear:
A Reiki-Infused Breathwork Workshop

with Mina Bahadori
Friday, February 27th
7-9pm

Fear is not something to bypass, rather something to learn how to be with.

In this two-hour in-person workshop, we’ll explore breathwork as a tool for building capacity with the unknown, the uncomfortable, and the tender edges of being alive. Rather than trying to “transcend” fear, we’ll practice meeting it with presence, curiosity, and grounded support.

The evening will begin with a gentle grounding visualization to help settle the nervous system and bring the body into a felt sense of safety. From there, we’ll move into a guided, reiki-infused breathwork journey designed to support emotional regulation, clarity, and embodied resilience.

Subtle, yet profound Reiki energy will blanket the room throughout the breathwork. Hands-on loving Reiki touches will also be offered to those open to receiving them, creating a deeply held and supported container for exploration and release.

We’ll close with spacious time for integration, reflection, and optional sharing, honoring the importance of community and being witnessed in our experiences.

This workshop is open to all levels. No prior breathwork or reiki experience is necessary. Come as you are and leave with tools you can return to whenever fear arises.
