Mollie Farrell Snowden is a somatic practitioner, teacher, reiki master, and holistic guide whose work is centered around the body and authenticity. She is devoted to sharing tools that heal and inspire. She is here to remind you of your divine worth. Mostly, she believes you deserve to feel good.

Mollie gratefully supports creatives, seekers, and leaders in the brave processes of healing and expansion — returning to themselves, shaking off conditioning, and nourishing their nervous systems.

A lifetime of curiosity has led Mollie to study across many traditions and modalities. Integrating many of these influences, she offers a signature approach to somatic therapy that she calls Embodied Energy Work.
