Through intentional breathing practices, you’ll activate the body’s natural relaxation response, releasing tension and grounding yourself in the present moment. The session flows into a soothing soundscape of healing tones, guiding you into a meditative state where your mind and body can fully surrender to rest. No prior experience with meditation or breathwork is necessary—just bring an open heart and a willingness to receive.

Jasmine Bowie

Jasmine Bowie is a holistic therapist and breathwork practitioner holding a Master’s Degree in Social Work from New York University. Her practice is rooted in curating integrative wellness spaces for people to pause, be with their breath, and align with their most authentic and expansive version of self. She is the founder of Versed Wellness, a healing-informed wellness collective that centers the holistic well-being of Black women and girls. She believes that by centering our individual and collective wellness needs, we create expanded opportunities for community healing, self-liberation, and joy.
