Tap into the vibrations of the heart with this Valentine’s weekend sound journey. Feeling the feelings and nourish the heart with beautiful and supportive sounds, gently played by Samer. We can enter into our own unique healing spaces, guided by the body and intuition, together with the sounds.


Participants are encouraged to arrive 5 minutes early to settle in. We'll have a brief introduction and take time to journal before going into a guided meditation and vocalizing to connect the heart and throat. Then take off into a rich acoustic space with gongs, bowls, tuning forks and more.
